360 degree swivelling Cutting Knife / scalpel  ideal for Craft, Card or EVA foam. This great little knife has a 360 degree rotational design that makes it perfect for precision cutting of curves, circles and difficult shapes. Simply hold the swivel knife like a pen. Pull the knife towards you, allowing the blade to swivel along curves.

Blade can be covered, when not in use, with a clear plastic cap. Blades are replaceable and pack comes with 2 spare blades contained in a separate storage box. Blades are sharp so be careful when using.
