Fantasy Film by Art Glitter. Stamp, Press, Cut, Sew or Wash it. Ink a rubber stamp with Permanent ink, place one or more layers of film on the rubber. Place a non-stick ironing cloth or parchment paper on the film and press with medium heat and you have your stamped design in beautiful iridescent colours.Bonds to Fantasy Fiber also. 10 metre pack size.
