We source our products from larger craft businesses and manufacturers; they may be end of line or customer returns, and pass savings onto you, our customer. This means that by its nature some items will not come back into stock so if you see something our advice is to buy it now whilst stocks last!

But even though we give fantastic value and have superb craft offers and often unbelievably low prices we are not cheap with our customer service and aim to give the best support to our customers either at our warehouse or on this website.
Please also note that whilst there is no minimum spend in the warehouse we can only take credit and debit card payments for purchases over £20 and that offers on the website are not necessarily available in the warehouse and vice versa.

You can pay securely on line by credit or debit card or by using your PayPal Account. You can also pay by cheque or postal order and once cleared we'll send off your goodies. . Usually orders received and paid for by 12 noon will go out the same day but all orders received after Friday noon will be sent out on the next working day (which for the web is Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) . Cheques will need to be cleared.

If you are looking for a specific item and cannot find it, you can also let us know to keep an extra special eye out for you by emailing us using the contact us page. Your Account & Details
Once you have registered with us you will be able to place an order and also be able to see the status of that order on your private account section. You have the option to receive our emailed newsletter which will come out from time to time which will include special offers, news and details of the craft classes which are held at the warehouse. we will not let anyone else have your details as they are private.
