Sally-Ann
My crafting life began at an early age and with good teachers too - my Mum and my Nan. Starting with knitting and sewing I then progressed into cross stitching. I caught the card making bug about 7 or 8 years ago when I received a card that my auntie had made and since then I've spent a total fortune on all of those essential items that us crafters must have and can't be trusted near craft shops at all ;-) I love trying out new techniques and find inspiration from all sorts of places including my crafting buddies - I hope I can give you all some inspiration and ideas from my crafting projects. back to top Jean
I have been interested in crafts all my life and trained as a primary school teacher with my special subject needlecraft. I took up beading about 10 years ago after my best friend got me interested. I am a member of the Bead Workers Guild and the Bead Society and belong to the Ermine Street Beaders in Peterborough. back to top I started card making and scrapbooking about six years ago, and have won a few competitions and also had a number of my cards printed in card making magazines. I began holding workshops from 2008 for WI groups as well as private parties. I enjoy encouraging new and beginner crafters to develop card making/scrapbooking skills.
