New "Lightweight" order P&P introduced for UK customers. We have introduced a new £2.99 P&P charge for orders that weigh less than 750 Grammes and cost up to £20. These orders will be despatched by Royal Mail and meet a need for those of us whose order is lighter and lower in value.

Pondskipper Crafts brings you a wide variety of papercrafting supplies at low cost. We think that it is fair to pass on the savings we achieve in our buying to you. So to keep costs down, but also to make sure we stay in business (!) we have introduced a Postage & Packing charge on certain orders depending on value and weight which will be automatically calculated and added at the checkout. This applieds to ALL ORDERS UK, EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD. If you any questions about our P7P charges please use the contact us form.

We hope you think our prices are very good so although the price is low the weight can be high. As we are posting it to you the delivery company charges us by weight irrespective of value, here's an example: say they charge us £6 and the order value is £10 (the minimum order value on the Pondskipper site from April 1st 2009, we are actually going to lose money on sending you the items - not a good thing and times are hard enough! )

So here it is: the Pondskipper Postage & Packing Charge chart for packages to the Mainland UK and to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly & Scottish Isles.

 REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING IS NOW AVAILABLE AND SHOPPING RATES
WILL  BE AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER .

CHANNEL ISLAND CUSTOMERS PLEASE USE THE CONTACT US FORM AND LET US KNOW YOU HAVE REGISTERED.
WE WILL THEN MAKE SURE YOUR VAT IS DEDUCTED AUTOMATICALLY.

Details of charges (see tables below)

Basically for orders under 5Kg weight but over £40 Postage and Packaging is FREE to the UK mainland (under 1.5Kg for Northern Ireland and UK Isles) And all orders over £60 are P&P FREE up to 20Kg (44llbs). Another example is where your order is Under £40 but under 5Kg is only £2.99, Under £30 £3.99 and under £20 £4.99 WHEREVER YOU ARE IN MAINLAND UK. As the weight of your parcel increases so we have to add a postage surcharge. This  Please see the tables below for detail:

Mainland UK packages under 1Kg will be sent via Royal Mail 1Kg and above will be sent on a next working day delivery service to your home to a maximum 31Kg. Other weights by arrangement.

Northern Ireland, Scilly, Scottish & Channel Islands and the Isle of Man will be sent by Royal Mail up to 6 Kg and by a 2 working day delivery service over that weight up to a max 31Kg
