We will try to ensure all orders mainland UK over 2Kg are sent to you via Interlink Courier which is a next working day service if your order is placed before 1pm and your order items are all stock lines otherwise your order will be sent by Royal Mail however this is not always possible. If you absolutely need to have it next day then please add a note in the "Comments" box when you are placing your order or call us on 03333 202202 to speak to customer services and we will try our best to get it out that day (but we cannot guarantee against any problems that may effect delivery after it leaves us or for any losses that may result of delivery not being sent that day for next working day delivery). Deliveries are despatched on weekdays only.  In all cases you will be sent an email as soon as your order is despatched which will tell you which method of delivery your parcel has been routed through. Please note that Free P&P voucher code offers are applicable to the UK only. orders received from outside the UK will be held and the orderer contacted to findout if they want to pay a postage charge. If no the order will be cancelled to release stock reserved against it.

A"Lightweight" order P&P introduced for UK customers (including off the page advertising in magazines such as the Calligrapher Pen twin pack). We have introduced a new £3.49 P&P charge for orders that weigh less than 750 Grammes and cost up to £20. These orders will be despatched by Royal Mail and meet a need for those of us whose order is lighter and lower in value.

You can make this a next working day delivery by adding the Express Delivery option to your basket like any other product. Search for express-del in the search box and add it to your basket although as stated above we cannot absolutely guarantee next day.

Pondskipper Crafts brings you a wide variety of papercrafting supplies at low cost. We think that it is fair to pass on the savings we achieve in our buying to you. So to keep costs down, but also to make sure we stay in business (!) we have introduced a Postage & Packing charge on certain orders depending on value and weight which will be automatically calculated and added at the checkout. We hope you think our prices are very good so although the price is low the weight can be high. As we are posting it to you the delivery company charges us by weight irrespective of value, here's an example: say they charge us £6 and the order value is £10  we are actually going to lose money on sending you the items - not a good thing and times are hard enough!

Smaller order under £20 and less than 3/4Kg packed weight have a £3.49 P&P charge. Over £40 Postage and Packaging is FREE to the UK mainland (under 1.5Kg for Northern Ireland and UK Isles) And all orders over £80 are P&P FREE up to 30Kg (66llbs) Mainland UK exlc Scottish Highlands. Please see the tables below for detail:
