To fulfil an order over the internet or telephone it is necessary for us to collect your personal information including but not limited to name, company name, address, post code, telephone number, fax number and email address.
Upon placing an order on-line it is also necessary for us to collect your payment details, including but not limited to name on card, card number, start date, expiry date, card type and issue number. This information is not visible to us and is sent to our third party payment processor, Netbanx (www.netbanx.com) who then transfer the funds from your credit/debit card into our bank account.
We do not take credit card orders by telephone as it would be necessary for us to collect your payment details as above.

2.2 Membership

Upon registering a membership for the website we ask you to submit your email address, this is used to activate your account as well as receive notifications of activity on our newsletter and offers. You can stop notifications at any time through the Edit Profile section of the Your Account area.
Additional information collected at registration includes but is not limited to name, address and post code; this information is optional and should only be entered if you wish to receive our contacts by post.
