You warrant that you will only submit images and videos which are relevant to the category in which you are submitting photos to. You must only submit images and videos of which you own the copyright. Pondskipper Crafts will not be held responsible for the content of any message. We reserve the right to edit, move or remove any image or video for any reason. 3.2 Competitions Competitions which are listed on this website from time to time are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, these details are posted with every competition. 3.3 Craft Classes
Craft Classes are scheduled from time to time and will be published at the warehouse and on the website. Classes may be subject to cancellation or postponement due to influences beyond our control. Where a class is cancelled or postponed you will be offered either a refund of any monies paid OR the opportunity to rebook on an alternative (if available) Pondskipper Crafts is not liable for any costs incurred whatsoever in attending classes which have been cancelled. Please call 01733 371300 the afternoon before the class to confirm it is being held. Pondskipper’s will make every effort to contact you should a class be cancelled using the information you have supplied to us e.g. email, home phone and mobile phone and where necessary will leave messages.

Orders By ticking the 'I Agree' box on our checkout page you are agreeing to the terms & conditions of this document. 4.1 Pricing All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and inclusive of VAT, price does not include a charge for postage and packaging, this is added to the final total during the checkout process. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Postage and Packaging prices are available worldwide up to a maximum weight of 31Kg gross. Expected delivery dates are as follows: -
We will do everything possible to deliver your goods by the day specified above but we cannot accept any liability for deliveries made outside of the schedule. We will email you when your order has been dispatched, but additionally you can track the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking the 'Order History' link from the right menu. The order history will display all of your orders and the status of each. The following is a list of each status message and a description of them: -
IMPORTANT NOTE As Pondskipper Crafts is a business primarily supplying ex mail order return stock, graded and clearance lines you accept that the item supplied may be in non retail packaging (plain mail order box or envelope) or in packaging that has previously been opened or may be damaged. Pondskipper Crafts will make best endeavours to make sure the items are packaged to a suitable standard for mail order. Goods are offered on a "while stocks last basis"
Items may be returned if faulty for replacement or refund - please contact us by telephone on 01733 391811 to arrange postage. otherwise Returns can be made at your cost within 28 days of the order date, you will need to package the items appropriately, include the order form highlighting the items you are returning with a covering letter, take the package to your Post Office with the returns slip we have provided in your original parcel. Returns made after 28 days may not be accepted by us and may be returned to you at your expense. If, at our discretion, we accept a late return then we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the cost of processing the return. This charge is currently £2.95.
CD's and DVD's cannot be refunded once the tamper seal has been broken if intact at dispatch.. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt
4.6 Purchase of Knives
As selling knives or other articles with a blade is against the law these products cannot be purchased by any person less than 16 years of age and by ordering such an item you are declaring you are 16 years of age or over. 5. Changes to Terms & Conditions
