You warrant that you will only submit images and videos which are relevant to the category in which you are submitting photos to. You must only submit images and videos of which you own the copyright. Pondskipper Crafts will not be held responsible for the content of any message. We reserve the right to edit, move or remove any image or video for any reason. 3.2 Competitions Competitions which are listed on this website from time to time are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, these details are posted with every competition. 3.3 Craft Classes
Craft Classes are scheduled from time to time and will be published at the warehouse and on the website. Classes may be subject to cancellation or postponement due to influences beyond our control. Where a class is cancelled or postponed you will be offered either a refund of any monies paid OR the opportunity to rebook on an alternative (if available) Pondskipper Crafts is not liable for any costs incurred whatsoever in attending classes which have been cancelled. Please call 01733 371300 the afternoon before the class to confirm it is being held. Pondskipper’s will make every effort to contact you should a class be cancelled using the information you have supplied to us e.g. email, home phone and mobile phone and where necessary will leave messages.

Orders By ticking the 'I Agree' box on our checkout page you are agreeing to the terms & conditions of this document. 4.1 Pricing All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and inclusive of VAT, price does not include a charge for postage and packaging, this is added to the final total during the checkout process. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Postage and Packaging prices are available worldwide up to a maximum weight of 31Kg gross. Overseas orders are not included in Free P&P offers unless specifically stated. Any overseas orders using a UK voucher code will not be despatched until we have communicated with the orderer and agreed postage charges. Otherwise the order will be cancelled to relase stock held agains it after 48 hours unless agreed otherwise

We will email you when your order has been dispatched, but additionally you can track the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking the 'Order History' link from the right menu. The order history will display all of your orders and the status of each. The following is a list of each status message and a description of them: -
RETURNS PROCEDURE
All items supplied may be returned to us for whatever reason. Faulty goods return postage will be paid for by us on the basis laid out below in the sections "Return on Faulty Goods" otherwise the return postage will be at your cost. All returns other than faulty have a £2.95 restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund. Please contact us by telephone on 01733 371300 to arrange postage of faulty items, otherwise Returns can be made at your cost within 28 days of the order date, you will need to package the items appropriately with full packaging, include the order form highlighting the items you are returning with a covering letter, take the package to your Post Office with the returns slip we have provided in your original parcel. Returns made after 28 days may not be accepted by us and may be returned to you at your expense.
Return of Faulty Goods
Any goods that are faulty must be returned to us. We will reimburse you the cost of the return postage at the lowest Royal Mail service for that item.

CD's and DVD's cannot be refunded once the tamper seal has been broken. IN ALL CASES Proof of postage is not proof of receipt
Please call us to advise that you are returning an item on 01733 371300. A replacement item will be sent out to you on return if possible. If the item is no longer available you will be refunded the purchase price in full. When returing any items you must include the order number and any promotional items you may have received with it all original packaging is required. PLEASE NOTE if the item is returned for any other reason than it is faulty then a restocking fee of £2.95 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4.6 Purchase of Knives
As selling knives or other articles with a blade is against the law these products cannot be purchased by any person less than 16 years of age and by ordering such an item you are declaring you are 16 years of age or over. 5. Changes to Terms & Conditions
